We are the only tour company doing a comprehensive tour of the East Bay (Oakland and surrounding area.) The tour first covers all the great downtown locations; Jack London Square, USS Potomac (Theodore Roosevelt's floating "White House"), African American Museum, Preservation Park, Old Oakland area, Pardee House, China Town, Stanford Cameron House, the beautiful theater district with its magnificent Art Deco Fox and Paramount Theaters.
We then skirt the shores of beautiful Lake Merritt over the Grand Lake area. From there we hit the heights; Roberts Regional Recreation Center, Chabot Science Center, Redwood Regional Park, all along the Joaquin Miller Park Road. We take Skyline Blvd. to Sibley Volcanic Regional Preserve, ending at Claremont Resort. We make our way back to downtown Oakland via Berkeley's famous Telegraph Street, through Rockridge, Piedmont and Temescal, ending at the Downtown Oakland City Center.
The tour takes approximately 3.5 hours and stops for photo shoots and drive-by shots at every major point of interest. We treat our charters as an agreement between our Customers and ABBC, any place our Customers want to stop becomes a stop.
Of all the truly rewarding destinations and things to see and do in the Bay Area, here is a true jewel. This tour has never been offered and is created for this 2010 season. We look forward to seeing you.
